1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Decision Wheel ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Decision Wheel is a mobile application that helps users make decisions by creating custom wheels with multiple options and spinning them to get random results. The App provides:

• Custom category creation
• Multiple options per wheel
• Spin history tracking
• Multi-language support
• Theme customization
• Optional ad-free experience through in-app purchase

3. User Accounts and Data

The App does not require user registration or account creation. All data (categories, options, spin history) is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data to our servers. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove or modify any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Use automated systems to access the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality

5. In-App Purchases

The App offers an optional in-app purchase to remove advertisements ("Premium"). All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms and conditions.

• Purchases are non-refundable except as required by law
• Premium status removes all advertisements from the App
• Purchase is a one-time payment, not a subscription
• You are responsible for any charges from your payment provider

6. Advertising

The free version of the App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob:

• Interstitial ads: Shown every 3 wheel spins
• Native ads: Displayed between categories on the home screen
• App Open ads: Shown when returning to the app (limited frequency)

Advertisements may be personalized based on your interests. Premium users do not see any advertisements.

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Decision Wheel and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The App is free of viruses or harmful components
• Results from using the App will be accurate or reliable

Decisions made using the App are your sole responsibility. The App is for entertainment purposes only.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code
• Any content or conduct of any third party

10. Changes to the App

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part thereof at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Turkey.
