Acceptance of Terms

By downloading and using Hue Grid, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Use of the App

You may use Hue Grid for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or hack the app
• Use cheats, exploits, or unauthorized software
• Redistribute or sell the app content

In-App Purchases

Hue Grid offers optional in-app purchases. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or platform policies. Purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Intellectual Property

All content in Hue Grid, including graphics, sounds, and gameplay, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

Limitation of Liability

• Hue Grid is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any loss of game progress, virtual items, or purchases due to device failure, app updates, or technical issues
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the 12 months preceding any claim
• We are not responsible for issues caused by Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or your device/network

These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Virtual Items

Hue Grid offers virtual items including Hints and Hearts:

• Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Hints are consumable items that provide gameplay assistance
• Hearts are required to play levels and regenerate over time
• Virtual items are licensed, not sold
• Your license to virtual items terminates when you stop using the app or if your access is terminated

Time-Limited Purchases

Some purchases provide benefits for a limited time:

• "1 Day Unlimited Hearts" provides unlimited hearts for 24 hours from purchase
• Time periods run continuously and cannot be paused
• Time-limited benefits expire automatically; no refund is provided for unused time
• We reserve the right to modify duration or benefits with notice

Restore Purchases

The "Restore Purchases" feature recovers previously purchased items:

• Only active time-limited purchases can be restored
• Consumed items (used hints, spent hearts) cannot be restored
• Restoration requires the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase
• If restoration fails, contact Apple or Google support

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Hue Grid if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• You engage in fraudulent purchase activity
• You use cheats, hacks, or exploits

Upon termination, your license to use the app and any virtual items ends immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles. For EU/UK consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.

Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use Hue Grid. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent to make in-app purchases.

Changes to Items and Pricing

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any virtual items
• Change prices for future purchases
• Modify game mechanics including how hints and hearts function

Existing purchases are not affected by price changes.
